This is the fun part! When you buy a new Taylor Morrison home, you select the finishes and upgrades that make it uniquely yours from our Design Studio. We make it easy, too, because you order everything you want from one convenient location.

Your Design Consultant will schedule an appointment with you. These meetings can take three or four hours, so please allow plenty of time and dress comfortably – you'll be doing a bit of walking. We also suggest you leave the children at home so you can give these important interior design decisions your undivided attention.

During your visit, your Design Consultant will help you choose from a remarkable selection of quality cabinets, countertops, flooring, lightning, plumbing fixtures, appliances and more. It's a good idea to spend some time before your appointment reviewing the options in the model home with other decision-makers in your household. While not all decisions can be made ahead of time, having an idea of what you want will reduce a lot of stress when it comes time to choose.
